FOR EMPLOYEES

Understanding how much you value each or the Attraction and Attrition factors will give you a clearer picture of your engagement – what matters to you, how well your company, manager, leadership team, HR and internal communication efforts are meeting your needs, and what you can do to improve your own experience. It also helps you communicate identified gaps and if you share the result with your line manager, colleagues and company, will support your organisation in improving its engagement strategy and internal communication.
