About Be Kyosei
Be Kyosei is a space dedicated to empowering people to reach their fulfilment through knowledge, self-reflection, and action.
It offers two free tools designed to support growth and engagement:
- The Employee Engagement Tool helps individuals increase their satisfaction at work, reconnect with their current role, or gain clarity about their stage of engagement. It also supports companies and internal communications teams in understanding what truly matters to their employees and where improvement efforts should be focused. Additionally, it provides professional coaches with a structured way to facilitate self-reflection and guide clients toward meaningful action.
- The Life Engagement Tool helps people explore what matters most in their personal lives, compare their current reality with their ideal vision, and identify areas where fulfilment may be lacking. It guides individuals through a process of self-reflection, visual mapping, and action planning, enabling them to take ownership of their wellbeing and create meaningful change.
Both tools are freely available to anyone. They were created to support those who may not have access to similar resources—offering everyone the opportunity to reflect, plan, and build healthier relationships with themselves, others, and their work.
