Welcome to Be Kyosei — Kyosei Engagement’s giving-back initiative.

Be Kyosei was created from a simple but important belief: that more people should have access to the kind of self-reflection tools, insights, and support that can strengthen clarity, confidence, and choice in their working lives.

At Kyosei Engagement, we believe that meaningful engagement and fulfilment at work do not happen by chance. They are built through self-awareness, reflection, and practical action. When people are given the space to better understand themselves — their values, needs, strengths, and direction — they are more able to make intentional choices, engage more meaningfully with their work, and navigate change with greater confidence.

This belief sits at the heart of everything we do. And it is also what gave rise to Be Kyosei.

What Be Kyosei stands for

Be Kyosei is the space where we share the actions taken through Kyosei Engagement’s corporate responsibility commitment to give back to society. As part of this commitment, 1% of Kyosei Engagement’s profits will be dedicated to supporting social causes and initiatives that align with our philosophy, purpose, and values.

For us, giving back is not separate from the business. It is an extension of who we are.

The word Kyosei reflects the idea of living and working together for the common good — honouring individual uniqueness while contributing to collective harmony. This philosophy guides our approach to engagement, fulfilment, and responsibility. It reminds us that personal growth and social contribution are deeply connected.

Be Kyosei exists to bring that philosophy into action.

Why this matters

Not everyone has equal access to the time, tools, guidance, or opportunities that support reflection and meaningful development at work. Yet the need for clarity, direction, confidence, and fulfilment is universal.

Through Be Kyosei, we want to widen access and broaden reach — so that more people can benefit from resources, initiatives, and actions designed to support personal insight and meaningful engagement.

This may include sharing updates on social impact actions, partnerships, contributions, community initiatives, or other ways Kyosei Engagement is investing back into society with intention and care.

Our aim is not only to communicate what we are doing, but also to stay accountable to the purpose behind it.
